What’s Happening at WeatherSure - October 2011

Wow! Time flies!

It’s now:
1. Autumn
2. October
3. Budget Time for many property managers…

At WeatherSure, we’re always happy to provide budget numbers for future work. We realize that it’s an important part of what we do, namely, trying to make life easier for property managers and building owners, which means as few surprises as possible when dealing with building maintenance. The only trouble is, everyone seems to be on the same schedule and needs their budgets at the same time- which keeps all of our Project Managers “hopping”.  Luckily, we’ve also had that great “Indian Summer” weather the last couple weeks, which makes everything easier.

Although we may get shocked back to reality at any time with a snowstorm, there’s still lots of great weather on the horizon to tackle those roofing and waterproofing projects.  Interestingly, the “Old Farmer’s Almanac” is predicting that September and October will be warmer and drier than normal, with a “snowy” period in early November.

Call WeatherSure today and make sure your building is ready!
